cc2652 support in FreeNAS/TrueNAS jail post
Running zigbee2mqtt [1] requires a direct device access. As Peter Morlan wrote [2] it's possible. Let's modify the sciprt a bit adding cc2652 support.

First of all, please keep in mind cc2652 does not use the same chip as CC2531. It means looking for a umodem device end with an empty list.
I was not aware that cc2652 uses WinChipHead. It took me some time but for now I can share with you the patch of original file.
